Palo Altans for Sensible Zoning (PASZ) have sent a letter to the Palo Alto City Council, City Manager and City Attorney requesting that the Council take immediate action to block implementation of the Regional Housing Needs Determination (RHND) recently announced by HCD and MTC/ABAG. The deadline for any appeal is July 10th.

The WBCC (West Bay Citizens Coalition) have sent an urgent letter to seven local City Councils (Campbell, Cupertino, Menlo Park, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Sunnyvale, and Santa Clara) urging those councils to not schedule a RHNA (Regional Housing Needs Assessment) Hearing until MTC/ABAG presents a realistic projected jobs-housing balance for these six cities.
